Refund policy

NO REFUNDS, ONLY EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT.

We will gladly accept your return for a store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order through mail or within 7 days of when you were advised to pick-up your order. 

ALL ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

ALL SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

All items purchased on sale or with a promo code are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit. This also includes items such as accessories, bodysuits, and swimsuits; they are are non-returnable. 

RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE TAG STILL ATTACHED AND FREE OF FABRIC TEARS OR STAINS OF ANY KIND.

PLEASE NOTE: If your order is set for local pick-up it will be held for you up to 7 days, after this period of time customer can no longer exchange or return for store credit, and items become final sale.

Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue store credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package to INFO@ENVYBOUTIQUEMIAMI.COM

ONCE YOU ARE READY TO RETURN:

1. Mail back your item to the address on your package or drop off at pick-up location. 

2. Place original invoice inside package or make your own note with your order number + name.

3. Take the package to any carrier of your choice and purchase a return label.

IMPORTANT: The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility.

 

Must meet the following requirements:

      • Must be shipped back to our store within 7 business days of receiving your order.
      • All items must have original tags attached.
      • All items must be unworn and free of any tears, stains and/or odor.
        (Each item is inspected before shipping)
      • Must include the original invoice/packing slip.
